Cancellation Policy
Barrington Joe Anderson Driver Training maintains a standard schedule. Lessons cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will not be charged. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate, subject to exceptional circumstances. This approach helps us sustain a reliable and professional learning schedule, ensuring fair availability and commitment for all of our students.
Terms of Service
These terms and conditions apply to all students enrolled in the automatic driving lessons provided by Barrington “Joe” Anderson Driver Training. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these rules to ensure a safe and professional learning environment.
1. Cancellation Policy
Lessons cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will not be charged. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate, subject to exceptional circumstances.
2. Lesson Booking
All lesson times and locations are subject to availability. Joe Anderson Driver Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather.
3. Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for ensuring they are in a fit state to drive. This includes being medically fit and having a valid provisional or full UK licence. Joe Anderson Driver Training is not liable for any accidents or damages caused by student error.
4. Insurance
All lessons are conducted with full insurance coverage. However, students are advised to have their own personal insurance policy to cover any personal belongings or injuries that may occur during the driving session.
5. General Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved through the courts of the UK. Joe Anderson Driver Training reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
